Deposits are credited to your viph wallet upon receipt and confirmation from the payment provider. viph does not charge a deposit processing fee. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and will be returned or frozen pending investigation.

viph makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
viph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; inactivity (accounts dormant for 12 consecutive months); or at our sole discretion without cause.
You may close your viph account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any verified real-money balance remaining after all open wagers are settled will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided you have met applicable wagering requirements.
In the event of termination for breach of these Terms or suspected prohibited conduct, viph may withhold balances pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of viph, you agree to first contact viph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. viph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits viph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
viph may revise these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, viph will provide notice via the platform interface or email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of viph.lat following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, you must stop using viph and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
